In this role, you will provide leadership and expert advice to management and your team, working diligently to identify business and project needs. Your expertise will be crucial in staffing assignments and maintaining the work/life balance for our consultants. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing customer support, team operations, and managing significant project deliverables, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and success.Accountabilities
  • Manage all aspects of customer support including workforce management and customer relationship management.
  • Spearhead team project planning, requirements gathering, and the deployment of the Workday eco-system.
  • Serve as an escalation path for urgent issues and prioritize tasks within the team.
  • Oversee team forecasting and utilization.
  • Manage post go-live change requests and partner with customers in all project phases.
  • Establish processes, standards, and key metrics for daily team operations.
  • Create internal training materials and deployment packs for new functionality.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Strong Workday implementation experience and at least 5 years of experience with Workday.
  • Subject Matter Expert in at least 1 Workday Module.
  • Workday supplemental certifications are an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Capability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
