YOUR TASKS
- Support project management in the designing, planning, and implementing of projects related to purchasing processes and tools (e.g., eProcurement)
- Collaborating on the implementation of AI solutions and AI agents in daily purchasing activities
- Analysing and optimising processes in indirect purchasing
- Performing data analyses with MS Excel, SAP BW, and Power BI for purchasing control
- Supporting global digitisation projects in indirect purchasing
- Maintaining and updating SharePoint content
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or similar
- Good written and spoken German and very good written and spoken English
- Initial practical experience (internship) desirable, but not essential
- Confident use of MS Office, ideally knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Power BI
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Independent, structured way of working, curiosity, and a proactive attitude
