Werkstudent Indirect Purchasing (m/w/d)


LOCATION: Munich / Germany | COMPANY: Knorr-Bremse AG | REQUISITION ID: 9529 | Part-time | Limited

YOUR TASKS

    • Support project management in the designing, planning, and implementing of projects related to purchasing processes and tools (e.g., eProcurement)
    • Collaborating on the implementation of AI solutions and AI agents in daily purchasing activities
    • Analysing and optimising processes in indirect purchasing
    • Performing data analyses with MS Excel, SAP BW, and Power BI for purchasing control
    • Supporting global digitisation projects in indirect purchasing
    • Maintaining and updating SharePoint content

YOUR PROFILE

    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or similar
    • Good written and spoken German and very good written and spoken English
    • Initial practical experience (internship) desirable, but not essential
    • Confident use of MS Office, ideally knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Power BI
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Independent, structured way of working, curiosity, and a proactive attitude
