Accountabilities- Support the NA Sales VP and Silvus sales team in operational tasks.
- Conduct daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting.
- Prepare operation reviews and quarterly business review presentations.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage and maintain CRM data for accuracy.
- Collaborate with sales team on strategies for growth.
- Create reports and dashboards to track sales performance.
- Drive sales forecasting and quota setting processes.
- Implement process improvements for sales operations.
- Provide training on tools and best practices to the sales team.
- Bachelors degree in business, technical, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in operations management or sales.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Financial acumen to understand sales profitability.
- Familiarity with Salesforce/Zohp and Tableau software.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Suite.
- Research and reporting skills for data analysis.
- Good influencing and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of channel distribution strategies.
