Data Reconciliation & Integrity Specialist
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: 60,000 to 80,000/mo net
Schedule: Monday through Friday

• Flexible hours: Work anytime between 5pm CST – 8am CST (overnight U.S. hours).
• Must be available for at least 2 hours overlap with U.S. CST mornings (8am–10am CST).

About the role:
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and reliable Data Reconciliation & Integrity Specialist to support a fast-growing human services company. The primary focus of this role will be reconciling training data between systems, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring leadership has complete confidence in compliance reporting. Over time, this role will expand to include data integrity work in HRIS and payroll systems, offering strong career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile data between the LMS system and internal tracking (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel).
• Identify gaps, discrepancies, or compliance issues in employee training records.
• Ensure accurate reporting on employee training completion and non-compliance.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets with precision and speed.
• Where possible, recommend or set up process improvements (e.g., management exception reporting).
• Collaborate with leadership during overlapping hours (8am–10am CST).
• Support future data hygiene/integrity efforts across HRIS and payroll systems as scope expands.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting, etc.).
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Experience in data entry, data reconciliation, or data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Problem-solving mindset with an eye for process improvement.
• General data analysis experience preferred (formal HR/LMS experience not required).
