In this role, you will significantly influence business growth by leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning. You will collaborate across data, product, and market teams, crafting predictive models and deriving actionable insights that impact revenue and customer engagement. Accountabilities
  • Design, build, and deploy advanced analytical models to drive insights and decision-making across teams.
  • Develop predictive models for forecasting, churn, lead scoring, pipeline health, and customer lifetime value.
  • Translate business questions into data science problems and experimentation strategies.
  • Build scalable data pipelines to support model training and real-time analytics.
  • Create experimentation frameworks and run A/B tests for marketing and product optimization.
  • Implement causal inference and attribution models for measuring campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead data quality and validation efforts to ensure trust in analytical outputs.
  • Mentor junior data scientists on best practices for modeling and experimentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize models and embed intelligence in business systems.
  • Other duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
  • Expert proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and production workflows.
  • Strong foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning, experimentation, and causal inference.
  • Hands-on experience with production ML systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
