Seeking a Municipal Attorney with 3+ years of experience for statewide municipal advisory practice.
You should know some of the following:
· Municipal Law, public law· Brown Act, CA Public Records Act, CEQA, Cortese Knox Hertzberg Act· Land Use, housing, post redevelopment· Elections· Utility services, public works contracting· Labor and employment
