Job Overview

Barden Electric Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to support our Resource Management team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our field crews have the tools, materials, and equipment they need to execute commercial and industrial electrical projects safely and efficiently.

This role combines hands-on warehouse operations with material deliveries to active jobsites throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Working under the direction of the Resource Manager, you will maintain organized inventory, coordinate timely deliveries, and support daily warehouse logistics that directly impact project performance and field productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently to jobsites throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.

• Operate company vehicles, including an F450 stake bed truck, in a safe and professional manner.

• Load and unload materials while ensuring accuracy and proper handling.

• Assist with issuing, tracking, and maintaining inventory of tools, testing equipment, and consumable materials.

• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

• Support material and tool purchasing under the direction of the Resource Manager.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems and tracking tools.

• Communicate effectively with office staff, field personnel, and vendors to coordinate deliveries and material needs.

• Inspect deliveries for accuracy and report discrepancies promptly.

• Follow all company safety policies and safe driving practices.

• Perform additional warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid California drivers license with a clean driving record.

• Experience driving commercial or large vehicles required; familiarity operating vehicles such as an F450 stake bed truck strongly preferred.

• Previous warehouse, delivery, or construction material handling experience preferred.

• Knowledge of electrical materials and tools is strongly preferred.

• Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and communication.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to adapt to changing daily priorities and schedules.

• Ability to lift and move materials regularly (50+ lbs).

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Schedule

• Full-Time

• MondayFriday

• 90% of shifts: 8-hour shift starting at 6:00 AM with a 30-minute lunch break

• 10% of shifts: Early-start schedule beginning as early as 4:00 AM to accommodate 6:00 AM jobsite delivery requirements (8-hour shift with 30-minute lunch)

• Occasional overtime based on project needs

This position requires flexibility for early-morning deliveries when field operations require materials onsite at the start of the workday.

Work Location

• Primary Warehouse Location: Anaheim, CA

• Daily travel required to jobsites throughout Los Angeles and Orange County regions

• Local driving only home daily
