  • Drive delivery through SAFe Agile methodology, including backlog management, PI planning, feature and story creation, and tracking key product KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • 610+ years of experience in product management, data product management, or analytics product ownership at scale.
  • Strong SQL skills to perform basic data exploration and validation.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience, aligning cross-functional teams around definitions, priorities, and outcomes.
  • Preferred experience with Databricks or similar lakehouse modernization projects.
  • Familiarity with DAMA-DMBOK2 principles applied practically (governance, metadata, quality, stewardship).
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, claims, fulfillment, or regulated data environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to productize data assets, improving governance, usability, quality, and adoption.
  • Strong familiarity with SAFe Agile environments, including writing features and user stories and participating in PI planning.
  • Competency in data modeling, metadata management, lineage, quality, stewardship, and lifecycle practices.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $126,300$173,700 per year, with eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Paid time off, company and personal holidays, volunteer time off, and parental/caregiver leave.
  • Short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, and other coverage options.
