Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of enterprise database operations, helping organizations deliver mission-critical applications at scale.
Accountabilities:- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend components for distributed, cloud-native database management systems.
- Implement and optimize workflows for automated deployment, scaling, and operations of enterprise databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, frontend, QA, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality software releases.
- Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and container orchestration.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Java and Golang.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and large-scale, high-performance systems.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
