We are currently expanding our dynamic team and are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Social Worker to join us within Ontario on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality clinical care using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Approaches.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, session notes, and relevant client communications.
• Upholding professional standards and ethical guidelines as outlined by the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
• Collaborating with clients to develop individualized therapeutic goals that promote mental health and resilience.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and peer consultation to ensure best practices and evidence-informed care.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
• Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience working with adults experiencing PTSD, trauma, anxiety, or addiction.
• Foundational training or certification in CBT and/or DBT preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working with Veterans or first responder populations is an asset.
