BSM Construction, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee diverse commercial projects, including retail, grocery, industrial, and office developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define project scope and goals
• Secure favorable agreements with vendors and subcontractors
• Allocate resources efficiently to support project execution
• Manage permitting, regulatory compliance, and project schedules
• Hire, manage, and lead contractors and construction teams
• Enforce health and safety regulations across all job sites
• Address quality issues promptly and effectively
• Provide clear and detailed progress reports to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience (required)
• Grocery construction experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, estimating, and materials
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $140,000$170,000 annually (based on experience)
• Year-end performance bonuses
• Monthly truck allowance or company vehicle
