This role will primarily involve operating a 700-class bulldozer, with opportunities to run other large equipment such as 300+ class excavators and marsh buggies. Key Responsibilities
Safely operate large bulldozers (700-class) with precision and care on marine and heavy civil construction sites.
Operate additional heavy equipment including 300+ class excavators and marsh buggies when needed.
Conduct routine inspections of machinery and communicate with supervisors and mechanics to maintain equipment performance.
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures to protect personnel and property.
Work under direction from field supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule.
Assist with other labor or equipment-related tasks when needed to ensure project progress.
Maintain clean, organized, and professional work habits on all job sites.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience operating bulldozers and heavy construction equipment.
Experience with 700-class bulldozers is required.
Familiarity with operating 300+ class excavators or marsh buggies is highly preferred.
High School diploma or GED required.
Valid Driver's License required.
Must qualify for a TWIC card (company will cover cost if hired).
NCCCO Crane Operator certification is a plus and may increase pay.
Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

Schedule
Full-Time: Monday-Friday
