Wholesale Customer Service Representative I at Sullivan Tire Co Inc – Worcester, Massachusetts

*This role is full-time, in person at our Worcester, MA location*

Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, is currently seeking a Wholesale Customer Service Rep to join our team at our Worcester, MA location. In this role, you will support sales efforts by providing customer service and order fulfillment to our internal and wholesale customers. You will work closely with management to increase profitability through improved efficiency and productivity. Adheres to internal controls, policies and procedures.

*This role does require Saturday availability (7am-1pm)*

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and support to our internal and wholesale customers via telephone
• Supply customers with current product information, quotations and inventory to fulfill orders
• Accurately and efficiently process orders for internal and wholesale customers for the purchase of tires, parts and service
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate deliveries with shipping departments
• Assume additional responsibilities as requested

Education/Experience:

• Minimum of a high school diploma with two years of customer service experience
• Tire and automotive service industry experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

Skills/Knowledge:

• Excellent phone skills with the ability to offer highest quality of customer service
• Customer Service attitude
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and Inventory Management Database
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• Multi-tasks
• Detailed-oriented
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
