In this role, you will lead and coordinate complex technical programs focused on hardware integration and infrastructure delivery, ensuring seamless execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end hardware integration programs from initiation through deployment
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, logistics, QA, and operations
• Ensure alignment on technical requirements, integration specifications, and validation processes
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and enterprise clients, managing expectations and communication
• Track program progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution
• Collaborate with vendors, OEMs, and partners to validate configurations and manage deliverables
• Maintain documentation, program metrics, and compliance with quality and integration standards
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and program execution practices
• Ensure programs are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline constraints

The ideal candidate is an experienced technical program manager with strong expertise in IT infrastructure, hardware integration, and cross-functional delivery environments.

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management within IT infrastructure or hardware environments
• Strong understanding of server, storage, networking, and system integration processes
• Experience managing complex, multi-component infrastructure programs
• Solid knowledge of hardware validation testing, configuration management, and release processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Salesforce
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and handle escalations effectively
• PMP or Agile certification is preferred
• Experience in data center, cloud, or hybrid infrastructure environments is a plus
• Familiarity with hardware lifecycle processes (NPI, change management) is an advantage
