Job Title: Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) SR ManagerReports to: Director of Supported Housing and Psychosocial Rehabilitation
Exempt - $71,145-$80,000
JOB SUMMARYResponsible for oversight of PSR program operations ensuring services are delivered in a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and person-centered manner. Ensures compliance with CARF, TennCare, and organizational standards, while promoting member independence, dignity, and quality outcomes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSProgram Operations & Service Delivery.Ensures members are welcomed and provided resources to support independence and recovery.Assesses member needs and aligns programming with individualized goals.

Ensures compliance with CARF, TennCare, and organizational standards, while promoting member independence, dignity, and quality outcomes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSProgram Operations & Service Delivery.Ensures members are welcomed and provided resources to support independence and recovery.Assesses member needs and aligns programming with individualized goals.
Coordinates with internal and external providers for continuity of care and goal-oriented opportunities for members.Ensures groups and services meet clinical and psychosocial rehabilitation standards.Coordinates across programs to enhance service integration and outcomes.Optimize programming in alignment with TennCare (and/orgrant) billing requirements.Staff Supervision & LeadershipProvides individual supervision at least twice monthly; documents all supervision sessions.Leads weekly Team meeting with direct reports.Models trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and person-centered care.Ensures staff maintain respectful, strength-based communication.Provides coaching, corrective action, and performance management aligned with HR policy.Ensures staffing coverage, scheduling, and operational continuity
Identify staff training needs to ensure competencies are met and aligned with programming standards.Documentation &Compliance (CARF/TennCare/Licensure)Ensures all documentation meets CARF, TennCare, and licensing standards.Conducts weekly documentation audits for completion, accuracy, and billing readiness.Ensures timely completion of progress notes, service documentation, and incident reports.Implements corrective action plans (CAPs)when deficiencies are identified.
Member Rights, Ethics, and SafetyEnsures all members are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion per Code of Ethics.Ensures basic needs(food, safety, access to care)are consistently met.Applies program rules in a manner that supports clinical judgment and member well-being.Ensures compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA standards.Responds to incidents and ensures reporting within required time framesCommunication & CoordinationMaintains clear, timely communication with Director and interdisciplinary teams.
Ensures staff receive consistent updates and expectations.Participates in required meetings and quality improvement initiativesQuality Improvement& OutcomesMonitors program outcomes and member progress.Participates in quality improvement initiatives aligned with CARF standards.Uses data to inform program improvements and service delivery.Cultural CompetenceCollaborate with staff, members, and the community to gain the perspectivesof others having diverse opinions, abilities, values, beliefs, perspectives, and ethnic or culturalbackgrounds.Take deliberate steps to increaseowncultural competency by attending trainings, events, discussions, workshops, etc.Promotes culturally responsive services and continuous competency development SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in social work, sociology, or other related field.One year's experience in a mental health or social service setting.Three(3)years of supervisory experienceEager to learn.Committed to customer service.•Ability to receive constructive feedback and in corporate feedback into practice.•Demonstrate commitment to org mission and values•Leadership: inspire and motivate teams.•Communication: provide clear direction, active listening, and conflict resolution.•Problem solving: find creative and practical solutions to overcome challenges. •Time management:prioritize tasks, allocate resources effectively, delegateas appropriate, consistently meet deadlines.•Adaptability: navigate change and be flexible. Works in an office type setting. May go into the community for outings with clients.
Must be able to sit and stand intermittently. Must be able to communicate effectively.Recovery Coaches Lead Recovery Coach Recreational TherapistMonday through Friday either 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, or 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.Primary work location is 948 Woodland Street, Nashville.This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and the employee will be expected to perform other reasonably related duties as assigned.
