Operating in a highly collaborative, remote-first setup, you will partner closely with product, risk, and engineering teams to turn complex data into actionable insights. The role combines hands-on modeling, experimentation, and production deployment, requiring both technical depth and business awareness. You will also play a key role in advancing experimentation practices and causal inference to continuously improve performance. This is a high-impact position for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and scaling data science systems in a growth-oriented environment.
In this role, you will lead the development and application of advanced data science solutions that directly influence credit decisioning, risk evaluation, and product performance.
