Technical OEM Manager (all genders)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical OEM Manager (all genders) in India.

This role sits at the intersection of technical integration, partner management, and product enablement within a fast-scaling energy technology ecosystem. You will act as the key technical liaison between the platform and OEM partners, ensuring smooth, stable, and scalable integrations across complex energy systems. Beyond coordination, you will take ownership of technical outcomes, actively resolving issues, validating interfaces, and ensuring high-quality performance standards. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, product, and support teams on both sides, while also building strong external partner relationships. You will contribute to defining integration processes, improving operational efficiency, and enabling partners to work more autonomously. This is a highly hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while shaping scalable partnership frameworks in a rapidly evolving energy environment.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring successful technical integration and long-term operational excellence between the platform and OEM partners.

  • Build and maintain strong technical relationships with OEM stakeholders across engineering, product, and support teams.
  • Act as the primary technical escalation point, enabling fast and direct resolution of integration issues.
  • Define, implement, and optimize collaboration and support processes between internal teams and OEM partners.
  • Oversee end-to-end integration topics, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance with platform standards.
  • Perform hands-on technical validation, testing, and troubleshooting of APIs and system interfaces.
  • Identify recurring issues and patterns across partners to improve global integration frameworks.
  • Translate partner requirements and technical constraints into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
  • Support OEM partners in becoming self-sufficient through documentation, tools, and technical guidance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of integration governance and scalability of partner ecosystems.
Requirements:

This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate between engineering and business environments.

  • Proven experience in technical account management, integration engineering, or similar roles in complex technical ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical interfaces.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and external partner organizations.
  • Ability to design and improve operational processes and technical workflows.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with willingness to dive deep into technical problems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical topics into clear insights.
  • Interest or background in IoT, energy systems, or hardware-related domains such as inverters, EV chargers, or heat pumps.
  • Fluent English required; Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
