Director of Marketing

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for redefining B2B marketing in an AI-first environment at a category-leading SaaS company. The position sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation, with full ownership of marketing performance across demand generation, content, ABM, partnerships, and events. You will operate in a fast-moving, high-expectation setting where pipeline creation is a core business driver and marketing is directly tied to revenue outcomes. The role is designed for a modern, AI-native marketer who is ready to rethink how go-to-market teams operate in the era of automation and intelligent systems. You will collaborate closely with experienced founders and cross-functional teams while shaping category leadership through content, insights, and narrative building. This is both a hands-on execution role and a strategic leadership position, requiring speed, creativity, and precision.

Accountabilities:
  • Own end-to-end marketing performance, including pipeline generation targets in the millions per month across demand generation, content, ABM, events, and partnerships.
  • Design and execute the overall marketing strategy, ensuring efficient conversion of program spend into qualified leads and revenue pipeline.
  • Build and scale category leadership through high-impact content, including webinars, research reports, analyst relations, website positioning, and social channels.
  • Define and manage the marketing budget, maximizing impact through efficient allocation of resources across channels and initiatives.
  • Select, implement, and optimize modern AI-driven marketing tools, systems, and workflows to enhance execution speed and effectiveness.
  • Operate across both strategic and tactical levels, ensuring hands-on execution of campaigns while maintaining long-term marketing vision.
  • Partner closely with sales and leadership teams to align marketing output with pipeline and revenue goals.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in B2B marketing with proven experience driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Deep understanding of core B2B marketing disciplines, including demand generation, content marketing, ABM, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments with strong execution ownership.
  • Advanced proficiency with AI tools and marketing automation systems, with an AI-first mindset in daily execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect marketing activity directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong sense of messaging, narrative building, and visual/brand aesthetics.
  • High-speed, high-wattage thinking with the ability to operate several steps ahead in strategic discussions.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and rapid iteration.
  • Collaborative, low-ego team player who thrives in direct, fast-moving environments.
