This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, driving high-impact product initiatives within a fast-scaling, mission-driven organization. You will own the full product lifecycle, from vision and roadmap definition to delivery and post-launch performance, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives. Operating in an AI-first and data-informed environment, you will translate complex customer needs and business goals into scalable product solutions. The position requires strong cross-functional leadership, working closely with engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams distributed globally. You will play a key role in shaping product direction, improving processes, and elevating product quality across the portfolio. This is a highly visible role with direct influence on strategic outcomes and organizational growth. It offers the opportunity to mentor others while continuously refining product practices in a rapidly evolving environment.
In this role, you will define and drive product strategy while ensuring successful execution across multiple initiatives. You will align product roadmaps with business objectives and oversee delivery from concept to launch in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
- Own end-to-end product execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and resolution of blockers
- Lead advanced data analysis efforts to inform product direction, KPIs, and strategic decision-making
- Conduct user research and translate customer insights into actionable product improvements
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and execution consistency
- Drive go-to-market planning, competitive analysis, and product positioning strategies
- Mentor product managers and contribute to continuous improvement of product processes and practices
The ideal candidate brings strong product leadership experience, analytical depth, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in dynamic environments. You are comfortable working with ambiguity and turning insights into structured product execution.
- 8–10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5+ years in product management roles
- Proven experience leading product strategy, execution, and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong ability to define user stories, product requirements, and translate customer needs into solutions
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as Jira, Figma, and AI-assisted platforms (e.g., Claude)
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including KPI ownership
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership through influence, with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with financial products or complex data-driven platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required)
- Competitive compensation: $130,000–$150,000 base salary plus quarterly bonus
