This role sits at the core of an international growth mission, focusing on scaling a high-impact product into new European and global markets. You will be responsible for adapting and expanding a proven offering across regions, ensuring it meets diverse regulatory, payment, and localization requirements. Working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment, you will coordinate multiple teams to deliver complex market launches end-to-end. The role requires strong ownership, structured execution, and the ability to align stakeholders across legal, product, GTM, and operations. You will play a key part in defining which markets to enter, how to enter them, and how to ensure long-term success post-launch. This is a highly impactful position where execution quality directly influences international revenue growth.
You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of international market expansion initiatives, ensuring successful product adaptation and launch across new geographies. This includes identifying high-potential markets, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and driving measurable post-launch success.
- Identify and prioritize target international markets based on growth potential, regulatory complexity, and business impact
- Define required product adaptations including compliance, payments, UX localization, and regional requirements
- Coordinate legal, finance, product, and GTM teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of expansion initiatives
- Drive end-to-end market launches from planning through go-live, ensuring all dependencies are managed and resolved
- Partner with Product Owners and execution teams to unblock delivery and maintain momentum across initiatives
- Track performance post-launch and communicate insights, risks, and progress to leadership and stakeholders
You bring strong Product Management experience in complex, cross-functional environments, with a proven ability to deliver international or multi-market initiatives. You are execution-driven, structured, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while aligning multiple stakeholders toward shared outcomes.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Experience with internationalization, localization, or multi-market product expansion
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to drive delivery without dedicated engineering ownership
- Experience collaborating with GTM teams such as Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, or Customer Success
- Comfortable operating across both structured corporate environments and fast-moving startup contexts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across technical and business teams
- Fluent English (C1+) and Russian required
