- Advise executive stakeholders on integrating AI into operating models, including governance, workforce evolution, and value realization.
- Contribute to business development through proposal shaping, executive presentations, and expansion of client relationships.
- Support internal capability building through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and development of intellectual property and methodologies.

- 12+ years of experience in consulting, sourcing, managed services, or enterprise transformation, with strong exposure to IT and business operating models.
- 8+ years in IT strategy, digital transformation, or operating model design, including BPO and managed services experience.
- Proven ability to lead small to mid-sized consulting engagements and deliver end-to-end transformation outcomes.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and digital technologies, and their impact on operating models and workforce design.
- Experience working with C-level and VP-level stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions and transformation roadmaps.
- Knowledge of product operating models, Agile, DevOps, and modern technology delivery frameworks.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and workshop leadership skills using both physical and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to apply structured thinking, data-driven insights, and AI-enabled tools to solve complex business problems.
- 1099 contractor arrangement with flexibility and autonomy
