We are expanding our leadership team in Dallas and seeking a Regional Recruiting Manager to drive performance, lead a team, and ensure consistent delivery across multiple client accounts.
Position Overview
The Regional Recruiting Manager will be responsible for both hands-on recruiting and leading a team of Recruiting Managers (3 direct reports) within our Dallas office.
You will be expected to carry requisitions while also driving team productivity, enforcing process discipline, and ensuring all recruiting and onboarding activities meet company and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Recruiting Managers
- Set clear performance expectations and hold team accountable to metrics
- Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions
- Drive consistency in recruiting practices, documentation, and communication
Recruiting & Client Delivery
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned clients and roles
- Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates across all active requisitions
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Step in to support high-volume or critical roles as needed
Metrics & Productivity Oversight
- Track and manage team performance including:
- Calls/activity levels
- Interviews scheduled and completed
- Placements made and start/show rates
- Identify gaps and implement corrective action plans
- Drive a results-oriented, high-accountability culture
Process & Compliance
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
- Maintain organization across manual and system-based processes
- Partner with leadership to improve workflows and recruiting efficiency
- Ensure adherence to company policies and client requirements
Operations & Office Oversight
- Support day-to-day operations of the Dallas recruiting team
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional recruiting performance
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and scaling efforts
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency/staffing preferred)
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing recruiters or recruiting teams
- Proven success managing high-volume recruiting environments
- Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and performance management
- Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with individual production
