Agile Project Manager in at INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY STRATEGIES INC

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking an Agile Project Manager to work for our company.

Summary:

• Client Agency is the Defense Logistics Agency.
• Delivers multiple Agile projects and removes blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology.
• Defines the roadmap with the product owner for any given product and translates this into user stories.
• Prioritizes the user stories within the product backlog.
• Manages a multi-disciplinary team and tests to ensure quality levels are achieved.

Requirements:

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).(Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
• Certified PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent. 
• Bachelor’s Degree Required.
• Two (2) years relevant experience.
• 5+ years of OneStream implementation experience at Federal agencies (preferably DoW), integrated with Federal Financial Management Systems (preferably SAP S/4 HANA).
• Evidence of OneStream Certifications.
• Proven expertise in:

• Federal budgeting processes (formulation and execution).
• Financial close, consolidation, and reporting complexities.

• Experience delivering multiple Agile projects and removing blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology.
• Experience defining the roadmap with the Product Owner for any given product and translating this into user stories.
• Experience prioritizing the user stories within product backlog.
• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience with testing to ensure quality levels.
