Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience and attitude)

Travis Electrical Service is looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in the electrical industry—no experience required.

This is a true entry-level opportunity where you’ll work alongside experienced electricians while learning the trade hands-on. Through our TESAP (Travis Electrical Service Apprenticeship Program), you’ll earn while you learn in a structured, company-supported program designed to help you grow your skills and advance your career.

• Work under the direction of a Foreman or Journeyman Electrician
• Assist with installing electrical systems on commercial and industrial job sites
• Help with tasks like pulling wire, installing conduit, digging/trenching, and material handling
• Learn how to read plans, use tools, and follow safety procedures
• Support the team in completing projects safely and efficiently

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Interest in building a long-term career in the electrical trade
• Ability to show up on time and be reliable
• Willingness to perform physical, hands-on work
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
