The Job: We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Specific responsibilities include:
- Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer serviceMeet with future residents and take them on tours of the unitsConduct daily follow up with prospective tenantsPrepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments
The Details: Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria:
- High School diploma/GED requiredHave a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agentHave working knowledge of property management software, Onesite
