Salary/Pay Rate: $27 - $46+ per hour, based on experience (Entry vs Senior)
Location: Canton, MA (Travel Required).
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.
You will serve as a technical expert responsible for the service, troubleshooting, and repair of high purity water systems at diverse customer facilities. This role offers the chance to apply your mechanical expertise while receiving specialized industry training in a high-growth environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring water quality and system reliability for our regional clients.
How You Will Make an ImpactExecute preventative maintenance on high purity water systems, including filter exchanges, UV lamp replacements, and system sanitizations.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through systematic troubleshooting of water systems and components.
Calibrate critical meters and probes to ensure precise system monitoring and compliance with water quality standards.
Perform specialized maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing reverse osmosis membranes and exchanging media tanks.
Conduct rigorous water testing protocols to verify system performance and maintain detailed field documentation.
Support project success by assisting in the installation and startup of new water treatment systems.
Represent the company with professionalism during a 24/7 on-call rotation after completing your initial training period.
Strong mechanical background with a proven ability to handle technical repairs and maintenance.
Valid drivers license with a driving record in good standing.
Physical ability to lift 80 pounds, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks including bending, squatting, and walking with heavy equipment.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal team members.
Proficiency in preparing accurate, complete, and timely service paperwork.
Flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays as required by project needs or travel assignments.
Prior experience working specifically with high purity water systems.
Practical electrical experience related to mechanical system troubleshooting.
Demonstrated positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
