Co-Packer / Mixer at Trim Healthy Mama LLC – Centerville, Tennessee

The Co-Packer / Mixer is responsible for performing various food production activities including accurately mixing product batches according to formulas; operating production equipment safely; packaging finished goods; and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the production environment. This role requires strong attention to detail to ensure product quality, safety, and consistency.

· Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to established formulas and production guidelines

· Operate mixing, blending, and packaging equipment safely and efficiently

· Package, label, and palletize finished products according to specifications

· Assist with inventory rotation and replenishment of raw materials

· Maintain accurate production records as required

· Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols

· Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain compliance

· Provide additional production support as needed

· Maintain an organized and efficient work environment

· High school diploma (or equivalent) required

· Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

· Capable of working independently with occasional direction and instructions

· Ability to stand for long periods of time

· Willingness to work overtime as needed

· Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and sanitation requirements

· High school diploma (or equivalent) required

· Previous experience in food production, mixing, or co-packing

· Experience with inventory management systems

· Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word

· Highly organized and dependable

· Motivated team player

· Ability to stand for long periods of time

· Ability to lift 50 lbs.
