The team at Dentistry by Dr. Sferlazza, located in Mississauga, ON, is seeking a passionate and hard-working Registered Dental Hygienist on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated to educate patients on preventative dental care and oral hygiene, and to empower them to maintain good oral health. You will develop personalized treatment plans and home care routines tailored to each patient’s needs.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

• Full-time permanent position
• Uniform allowance of $100 after 3 months

SCHEDULE:

• Monday – 8 am or 9 am to 6 pm
• Tuesday - 9 am or 10 am to 7 pm
• Wednesday - 8 am or 9 am to 6 pm
• Thursday – 8 am to 7 pm
• Friday - 9 am - 3 pm (2 to 3 times per month)
• Saturday - 9 am - 3 pm (3 times per month)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Currently registered or in process of registering with the:
  • College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
• New graduates welcome!
• 1 - 2 years of experience is preferred
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Abeldent is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
