Responsibilities

  • Assist the doctor during a variety of endodontic procedures to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to strict protocols.
  • Take X-rays and digital scans as needed.
  • Document patient information accurately in chart notes and software systems.
  • Ensure patients feel welcome, comfortable, and informed throughout their treatment.
  • Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow.
  • Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and collect payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with updating medical history forms.
  • Support daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient patient car
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of dental assisting experience required.
  • X-ray certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with computer-based tasks and dental software.
  • Friendly, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
