About the role
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Solutions Architect to join our team. Key Responsibilities (Duties are illustrative and not inclusive and may vary.)
Pre-Sales and Prospect Engagement (Design)

- Analyze customer’s existing IT infrastructure, clinical workflows, and integration requirements (e.g., EMR/EHR, AI, Third-Party Post-Processing integrations, Modalities).
- Design and document comprehensive, tailored, end-to-end technical solutions and architectures that meet client objectives while leveraging the full capabilities of our PACS platform.
- Develop technical statements of work (SOWs), implementation designs, and solutions proposals in partnership with Product, Development, and Implementation teams.
- Document and communicate product opportunities with Product, Development and Implementation teams and manage these opportunities to resolution.
Implementation & Project Leadership (Execution)
- Act as the technical lead throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring the delivered solution adheres to the approved design architecture.
- Ensure implemented solutions are documented and shared with the Implementation and Support organizations for ongoing support, update and maintenance.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and the core Implementation/Project Management team, providing technical oversight, guidance, and clarification on design specifications.
- Support the implementation team as they configure complex system components, integrations, and data migration strategies as necessary.
- Lead the resolution of high-level technical challenges that arise during the implementation phase.
Standards, Documentation, and Knowledge Transfer
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of our product roadmap, emerging features, and technical architecture.
- Create and maintain high-quality architectural documentation, including network diagrams, integration specifications, and workflow schematics.
- Define and enforce technical best practices, standards, and governance policies for all complex implementations.
