Job Description
The Marketing Assistant provides entry-level support to the Marketing and Proposal teams by assisting with content creation, digital asset organization, and production of marketing and proposal materials. This role is execution-focused, operates under direction, and supports team deliverables. The position does not include responsibility for marketing strategy, brand development, campaign ownership, analytics, or proposal leadership.
| Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
Essential duties and other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Drafts basic social media and internal content using established templates and direction
- Repurposes existing content into short-form formats (graphics, visuals, short videos) under supervision
- Assists with photo and video asset capture at job sites in accordance with brand standards and guidance
- Supports on-site training video execution, including setup, recording, and file handling as directed
- Uploads, organizes, and maintains digital assets within SharePoint and internal libraries
- Provides graphic design support for marketing, proposal, and internal communication materials
- Assists with project profiles, resumes, document formatting, covers, tabs, and layout support
- Assists with the preparation and coordination of proposal materials (RFQs/RFPs), including formatting, document assembly, and content support
- Performs basic research and preparation tasks in support of marketing and proposal efforts
- Assists with updating website content, project pages, and team information under direction
- Provides general administrative support to the marketing and proposal team as needed

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- 0–2 years of internship, academic, or hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, design, or communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- A valid California Driver’s License
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
