You will collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership to translate roadmap needs into resilient systems. • Lead and own the end-to-end Site Reliability Engineering roadmap, defining priorities, driving execution, and ensuring measurable impact across the organization.
• Act as the primary infrastructure and reliability voice for your business unit, aligning product roadmaps with platform capabilities and advocating upstream needs.
• Drive operational excellence across compliance, security, and infrastructure risk management, proactively identifying and resolving issues before escalation.
• Improve developer experience by identifying friction points and leading initiatives that enhance productivity and system reliability.
• Participate in architectural and technical discussions, bringing deep SRE expertise and ensuring decisions are implemented effectively.
• Lead a small SRE team (4–6 engineers), supporting performance management, career development, and team growth.

This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise combined with proven engineering leadership experience. Candidates should bring a solid background in Site Reliability Engineering or infrastructure engineering, with the ability to contribute technically when needed while guiding a team strategically. You should be comfortable working in cloud-native environments and collaborating across complex engineering organizations.

• 6–10+ years of experience in SRE, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles.
• Prior experience managing or leading small-to-mid-sized engineering teams with full performance cycles.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud-native systems including Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.
• Proven ability to define and own infrastructure or SRE roadmaps and execute independently.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, distributed environments with a strong ownership mindset.
