This role sits at the intersection of advanced AI, large-scale infrastructure design, and next-generation data center architecture. You will help shape how enterprise customers build and optimize “AI factories” capable of powering inference at scale, physical AI workloads, and simulation-driven environments. Working closely with leading organizations, you will design end-to-end solutions that span hardware, networking, cloud, and orchestration layers. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role where you will translate complex AI workload requirements into scalable, high-performance infrastructure. You will operate in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment alongside experts in AI, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies. Your work will directly influence how modern AI systems are deployed and scaled across hybrid and multi-cloud ecosystems.
- Guide customers through their AI factory journey, designing and optimizing end-to-end workflow pipelines and infrastructure performance
- Architect and support data center implementations for AI inference workloads, including distributed and large-scale system designs
- Define solutions for physical AI and simulation pipelines, including synthetic data generation, orchestration, and application development workflows
- Lead technical engagement for hybrid AI deployments across on-prem and cloud environments
- Design and deliver scalable hybrid cloud architectures covering data pipelines, storage, security, and connectivity
- Provide deep expertise in infrastructure design, workload optimization, and system-level performance tuning
- Evaluate architectural trade-offs and recommend optimal technical solutions tailored to enterprise requirements
- Collaborate directly with customers and internal engineering teams to gather feedback and influence product direction
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or related technical fields
- Strong understanding of AI-focused infrastructure and enthusiasm for high-performance computing systems
- Solid knowledge of Linux systems administration and environment management
- Experience with Kubernetes, Ethernet networking, and cloud-native infrastructure tooling
- Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, or system integration tasks
- Understanding of hardware/software co-design and how system components interact to optimize workloads
- Ability to work independently in a distributed or remote team environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Bonus: experience with Terraform, Helm, cloud-scale deployments, and hybrid infrastructure architectures
