About This Position
Role & Responsibilities:
· Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors.
· Answer and direct phone calls phones and emails, forward to appropriate persons when necessary.
· Receive and sort incoming mail and manage outgoing mail.
· General clerical duties including photocopying, filing, faxing, and mail distribution.
· Perform data entry and scan documents.
· Assist accounting with QB entries.
· Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
· Assist with domestic and international shipments.
· Maintain lists for the Office, such as Phone List, Holidays, and Birthday List.
· Ordering Office Supplies.
· Assist with event planning and organization.
· Support management with various tasks as needed.
· Support all departments with sales, order processing, shipping, handling, etc.
