Jennings is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Executive Director to lead our Jennings at Notre Dame Village campus in Chardon, Ohio as our current Executive Director prepares for retirement. This is a unique opportunity to guide a vibrant senior living community rooted in Catholic values, where relationships, dignity, and joy are at the heart of everything we do.

About Jennings at Notre Dame Village
Nestled in a beautiful, serene setting, Jennings at Notre Dame Village is just 8 years old and is one of Jennings' five senior living communities which together provide a full continuum of care in Northeast Ohio. The campus offers including charming cottage homes, a modern apartment building, and memory care assisted living within three intimate household residences. Our campus is designed to foster connection, independence, and a deep sense of community.

Position Summary
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, operations, and performance of the campus. This individual will champion a culture of excellence in care and service, inspire and support a dedicated team, and ensure alignment with Jennings’ Catholic mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the campus
• Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and teamwork among staff
• Ensure high-quality resident care, satisfaction, and safety across all service lines
• Lead financial performance, including budgeting, census development, and resource management
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the broader community
• Uphold and advance Jennings’ mission, values, and ministry-focused approach
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensure requirements

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful leadership in senior living, healthcare, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality resident experiences
• Strong operational, financial, and organizational skills
• Passion for mission-driven work and commitment to values-based leadership
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) preferred
