RN - EP Navigator - North at Hendrick Medical Center – Abilene, Texas

Responsible for coordinating the clinical management of patients and families with specific healthcare needs through collaboration with other members of the health care team, navigates patients through the continuum of care ensuring that utilization of facilities and services occurs efficiently, and assists with implementation of associated programs.

Minimum Education

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing.

Minimum Work Experience

• Recent acute care hospital (within 2 years).

Required Licenses/Certifications

• Current Texas RN license.
• Valid Texas Driver's License
• BSL
