Hospice Quality Assessment/Performance Improvement (QAPI) Nurse at St. Joseph Villa Homecare and Hospice – Omaha, Nebraska

St. Joseph Villas Homecare and Hospice, a premier Hospice and Palliative Care company in Omaha, Nebraska, has an opportunity for a QAPI Nurse. The duties include:

• Audit patient records for ongoing monitoring of documentation compliance
• Perform accurate and timely clinical reviews to meet deadlines
• Compile, review, analyze and graph audit data
• Maintain quality data and reports
• Work with hospice staff to follow up on audit results
• Collaborate with Compliance Team to identify performance improvement issues and staff educational needs
