Position Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for selling the full array of Morse Fluid Technology Division products and services. This position will coordinate with engineering, field product specialists, and outside sales. All leads will be provided, and all quoting and ordering activities will be completed by customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts proactive telephone sales calls to prospects and customers provided through marketing campaign activities and leads.
- Initiates and actively follows up on sales quotations regardless of account assignment.
- Establishes and qualifies new customer accounts.
- Creates and updates accounts and contacts.
- Follows up on open sales opportunities.
- Meets the customer contact metric.
- Performs all sales-related activities in Microsoft CRM.
- Performs any other sales related duties as assigned by sales leadership.

- Well organized with effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
- Effective listening skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow-up skills required.
- Able to effectively perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and goal setting skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and foster sales growth.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
- 4-year degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or 4 years previous technical sales experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None specifically associated with this position.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Both office and manufacturing environment.
- Minimal regional travel by car is required.
