Lead Creative Strategist - REMOTE
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Creative Strategist - REMOTE. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape social media strategies for leading brands in the DACH region. Your creative insights will guide campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring impactful engagement and measurable outcomes. Accountabilities- Develop strategic themes and creative concepts for social media campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Analyze target audiences, platform trends, and competition to provide informed strategic recommendations.
- Evaluate existing creatives and campaign results to develop strategic recommendations for internal teams and clients.
- Integrate client feedback and performance data for continuous optimization of content strategies.
- Maintain and evolve central strategy documentation consistently.
- 34 years of experience in creative strategy, social media, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency.
- Understanding of paid and organic strategies across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Experience in developing cross-channel campaign strategies from Always-On to highlight campaigns.
- Ability to think analytically, creatively, and conceptually, drawing real insights from data.
- Strong communication skills to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects efficiently.
- Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English (B2) is required.
- Excellent team spirit and collegial atmosphere with flat hierarchies.
