This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Operations Manager - REMOTE. The Senior Operations Manager is key in leading the daily operations of our organization, focusing on optimizing infrastructure and processes to enhance efficiency. This role involves supporting strategic planning alongside senior leadership, ensuring compliance with regulations, and spearheading organizational change. The position requires collaboration across various teams to drive effective execution of policies and systems that improve staff experience and programmatic impact. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic remote environment while being adaptable to occasional travel to the Boston office.
Accountabilities- Support organizational change and strategic planning initiatives in partnership with CEO and COO.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring effective systems, policies, and workflows.
- Coordinate with outside counsel to mitigate legal and financial risks.
- Administer and enhance the organization's physical office space.
- Lead procurement processes for external consultants and vendors.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to strengthen departmental alignment.
- 5 to 7 years of leadership experience in operations or nonprofit management.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to lead operations in complex environments.
- Expertise in operations management, process improvement, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective policies and systems.
- Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Salary range: $80,000-$120,000 based on experience and qualifications.
