Your contributions will help improve user experiences and streamline operations across the company's digital ecosystem. This position is pivotal with a focus on digital platform enablement, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and thorough analysis to support the companys enterprise digital strategy. Reporting directly to the Product Owner, your efforts will be integral in shaping the next generation of digital solutions.
Accountabilities- Support ongoing implementation and enhancement of enterprise digital platforms and capabilities.
- Assist in configuring workflows and user permissions.
- Analyze end-to-end digital workflows for content and transactional processes.
- Gather user insights and synthesize feedback for improvement.
- Support implementation initiatives and track related milestones.
- Develop use cases and document acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends to inform digital strategy.
- Provide data-driven insights to prioritize enhancements.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital product support or business analysis.
- Experience with digital platforms such as CMS, eCommerce, and ERP integrations.
- Understanding of workflow design and process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and systems-thinking mindset.
- Proficiency in documentation and organization.
- Ability to interpret workflow data and user feedback.
- Eagerness to grow into broader product responsibilities.
