You will partner closely with executive leadership to shape marketing strategy, optimize team processes, and ensure seamless execution across campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional initiatives. Leading a high-performing Marketing Operations and Analytics team, you will oversee technology, analytics, reporting, and workflow optimization to enhance efficiency and business impact. This position combines strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and people leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will have a direct influence on business outcomes while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Accountabilities:- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CMO and marketing leadership, providing guidance on marketing initiatives, board reporting, and executive decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional projects across marketing, sales, product, and customer success, ensuring alignment and operational excellence.
- Drive marketing operations efficiency by streamlining workflows, optimizing the technology stack, and managing budgets and vendor relationships.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and measurement, including product launches, multi-channel campaigns, and market expansion initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Marketing Operations and Analytics team, defining roadmaps, resource allocation, and performance expectations.
- Implement and maintain marketing reporting infrastructure, dashboards, attribution models, and analytics to inform strategic and tactical decisions.
- Facilitate internal communication, team alignment, and collaboration across departments to drive marketing effectiveness and organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, or business operations, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven experience managing teams and developing talent within Marketing Operations, Analytics, or Planning functions.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau).
- Deep understanding of marketing automation, CRM platforms, B2B funnels, lead management, and attribution models.
- Exceptional project management and cross-functional coordination abilities; comfortable working with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, marketing budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Preferred: experience in strategic programs, SaaS marketing, account-based marketing, or management consulting.
