About This Position
100% Remote At this time, we are not accepting applicants in the states of Colorado, New York, or California.Monarch is seeking an Implementation Analyst who will work within an energetic professional services team for our client, a market-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company, and will be responsible for designing and configuring the software platform for our client’s customers in response to their specific business requirements. The role is a mix of client-facing consultative work and behind-the-scenes platform design, configuration, data analysis, and data manipulation.Monarch specializes in implementation, configuration, and consulting services for firms and SaaS providers in the private capital markets space. Through platform admin support and strategic, project-based consulting, the company helps firms seamlessly adopt and maximize ROI on their technology stack. Monarch also serves as a trusted delivery partner for scaling SaaS platforms, helping them grow without compromising service quality.
RequirementsWhat You'll Do:Analyze client legacy data sets to understand the impact of the data on system designDrive and manage new client implementations from start to finish. This includes providing guidance, assistance, and support to customers from the initial requirements gathering to technical platform configuration and trainingManages client and internal stakeholder relationships adeptly throughout the entire implementation processEarns trust by consistently delivering accurate, timely, and comprehensive responses to routine inquiries, both in written and verbal contextsWork closely with SaaS engagements teams to facilitate consistent customer experiences and go-livesWork with Microsoft Excel to map, collate, and normalize disparate data sets for import into the platformProvide consultative system design and industry best practice recommendations throughout an implementationHold both client customers and internal team members accountable to project timelines and budgetsWork with multiple customer implementations concurrentlyAnalyze and understand client data as an important factor that influences a client's system designLeverage and continually develop best practices for each data environment and client vertical to assist in future implementation efficiencies Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityOrganization, effective time management, and ability to multitaskStrong analytical and creative problem-solving abilitiesComfort with Microsoft Excel, familiarity with basic Excel functionsAbility to adapt to rapidly evolving situationsStrong sense of personal responsibility and ownership over your workWillingness and love of learning new technology, new processes and procedures, and new business models Bonus Points:Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services experienceAdvanced Excel skills (v-lookup, x-lookup, Pivot tables)Experience with CRM toolsExperience in project management BenefitsWork From Home (100% remote!)Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) for employee (a significant portion of employee only paid) and family (paid in part)Collaborative culture: virtual & optional in-person events, retreats & swagTraining & DevelopmentIndividual Training BudgetTechnical Book Club & other study groupsCertifications are encouraged with bonusesMentoring Program with bi-weekly 1:1sUp-to-date technologies, tools, and methodologiesParental Leave (Maternity & Paternity)Flexible PTO planRetirement Plan (401k)The salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.Monarch Financial Technology Solutions, Inc. does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.
