We're Hiring Licensed Clinicians (Full time/Part time | Hybrid/Remote | San Francisco Bay Area)

Job Duties Include
- Provide direct services including behavioral health assessment, counseling, and case management to a caseload of pregnant/expecting Black/African - American families
- Ensure the team provides services in an integrated model of mental health, SUD, and medical care
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed
- Works from a framework of racial equity, harm reduction, and motivational interviewing when working with clients with co-occurring disorders
- Facilitate groups for the treatment of depression and anxiety
- Perform outreach visits to client's homes or hotels when necessary
- Provide linkage to community resources requiring familiarity with community resources to obtain supportive services to enhance client functioning and quality of life
- Perform other related duties as assigned/required.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field from an accredited university.
- Current California BBS or Board of Psychology license/registration
- At least 3 years of counseling or experience working with underserved adults, children, or families.
- Strongly motivated to support Black Wellness and Mental Health with a commitment to ensure the safety and privacy of community members.
- Strong cultural competence and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Black/African American communities and knowledge of related mental health and cultural needs.
- Group facilitation skills and ability to build strong therapeutic relationships.
- Experience with Clinical Documentation System or Case Management Software.

**This is a Grant Funded Position**
Location: Rafiki Coalition for Health and Wellness
Reports to: Executive Director
FLSA Status: Non-exempt Full-time (40 hrs/ wk)
Department: Behavioral Health Clinic
Compensation: $45.67/hr (Depending on experience and funding)
