Regional Director, Sales

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional Director, Sales in United States.

In this role, you will lead and scale a high-performing Enterprise Sales organization responsible for driving new business across strategic, complex enterprise accounts. You will define and execute regional growth strategy while building a culture of excellence, accountability, and performance. The position requires strong leadership in managing Enterprise Account Executives operating across long, multi-threaded sales cycles. You will leverage AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and automation to improve territory planning, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline execution. Your leadership will directly impact revenue growth, enterprise customer acquisition, and market expansion. This is a highly strategic role operating in a fast-paced, innovation-driven SaaS environment where data and AI are central to decision-making.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead, develop, and scale a regional Enterprise Sales team focused on acquiring and expanding large enterprise accounts
  • Define and execute regional go-to-market strategy to achieve aggressive revenue and growth targets
  • Use AI-powered insights and predictive analytics to optimize territory planning, account prioritization, and pipeline management
  • Drive disciplined sales execution across complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and long sales cycles
  • Coach and mentor Enterprise Account Executives on deal strategy, executive engagement, and solution positioning
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on enterprise opportunities
  • Strengthen forecasting accuracy and operational rigor using data-driven performance tracking and dashboards
  • Act as a regional voice of the customer, sharing insights to influence product and strategic direction

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in SaaS environments
  • Proven success managing and scaling high-performing enterprise sales teams
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Experience selling into Fortune 1000 or large enterprise organizations
  • Ability to influence senior executives and navigate complex organizational structures
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools, automation, or predictive analytics in sales environments
  • Strong coaching, hiring, and talent development capabilities
  • High technical curiosity and ability to quickly understand evolving technologies
  • Experience managing regional teams of approximately 7 Enterprise Account Executives
