Accountabilities

Support the design and execution of intercompany centralized operating models
Drive end-to-end intercompany process improvements
Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, AP, and OTC
Reduce fragmentation and inefficiencies in processes
Develop and maintain process documentation (SOPs)
Execute transfer pricing processes, including cross-charges and allocations
Leverage SAP PaPM for transfer pricing calculations and automation
Ensure accurate and timely reporting during month-end close activities
Lead cross-functional projects and support acquisition integration
Deliver automation and efficiency improvements to enhance operational capabilities

Requirements

8+ years of Accounting/Finance experience
Strong intercompany accounting experience
Proven transfer pricing experience
SAP (S/4HANA) and PaPM experience required
Project management experience
Experience in centralization and process improvement
Strong understanding of close and consolidation processes
Ability to operate strategically and hands-on
Experience working across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Operations
Strong stakeholder management skills
