About the role

You lead the work. This role is about owning the details, shaping the output and making sure everything that goes out is clear, sharp, and driving the intended results of our clients. You work directly with clients day to day by guiding conversations, clarifying direction, and keeping things moving. You are involved in the creative process, helping turn early ideas into strong, well-executed work that drives real results.

You might be a fit if

  • You have 6-8 years of experience in a PR, Marketing and Influencer agency environment
  • You’ve worked with national consumer-facing brands including CPG, food, pet, and beverage and/or alcohol
  • You have led the day-to-day work on accounts, not just supported it
  • You are comfortable managing multiple projects with competing priorities
  • You have worked directly with clients and can handle real-time feedback
  • You have partnered closely with creative teams, vendors and partners and know how to guide the work
  • You have developed, reviewed and approved deliverables before they are shared externally
  • You understand how fast-moving, high-visibility accounts operate
  • You coach junior talent to inspire and guide the best work and thinking

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact on execution of campaigns and projects
  • Turn strategy and ideas into reality through earned, paid and owned channels
  • Turn client input into clear direction that teams can execute
  • Shape and refine materials to ensure clarity, accuracy and quality
  • Manage timelines, budgets and workflows across multiple workstreams
  • Lead meetings, status updates and follow-ups that drive decisions
  • Identify risks early and step in with solutions
  • Keep teams aligned and focused on the right priorities

The pay range for this role is:
110,000 - 130,000 USD per year(Chicago)
