Join our Donation team, greeting donors and receiving donated items, including removing items from vehicles, and organizing the items and loading them onto trucks. Enjoy working in a smaller environment and at your own pace. Have set schedules that allow for planning on days off. You will work with smaller groups of individuals who have limited social interactions and minimal daily paperwork. Donations you collect help support our Veteran program and individuals with disabilities.

Requirements:

• Degree and Credential Requirements: NONE! We believe in continuous learning and development. We value candidates who can demonstrate capability and articulate how prior experiences will help them contribute.
• Teamwork - Works well with others and makes valued contributions to assist the team in achieving the required outputs.
• Ethical - Adheres to procedures and protocol, including maintaining confidentiality and adherence to Goodwill's values.
• Physical Work- Can spend time in excess of 8 hours sitting, standing, walking, stooping, and kneeling. Can manage frequent exposure to moderate/loud noise and temperature variations. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Work Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
