Pole Setter at BOWLIN GROUP – Indianapolis, Indiana

We are hiring an experienced Pole Setter to join our team in the Indianapolis area. This role involves operating a digger derrick, setting utility poles, and supporting construction projects both locally and on out-of-town assignments.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a digger derrick and other related equipment
• Set and remove utility poles in a variety of soil and jobsite conditions
• Assist with general construction tasks in support of utility projects
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures
• Travel to out-of-town job sites as required (per diem included)

Requirements

• Valid CDL (Class A or B required)
• Experience operating a digger derrick
• Utility pole setting experience (required)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Willingness to travel as needed
