Electric Heat Service Supply is looking for two driven Territory Sales Managers to dominate the Colorado market (and beyond). As the construction sector shifts toward electrification, our radiant heat cable solutions are being specified for massive multifamily developments, industrial warehouses, and government projects.
This is not an entry-level "associate" job. This is a career-defining role for an experienced Hunter. We are offering a high base salary ($80k-$100k) because we want professionals who know how to navigate a job site, talk to general contractors, and close complex deals.

What You Will Do:
- Hunt & Close: Identify new construction opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Turn cold leads into long-term accounts.
- Build Relationships: Network with General Contractors, Electrical Installers, and Developers. You are the face of the brand.
- Consultative Selling: You aren't just taking orders; you are providing solutions. Deliver presentations and negotiate terms that work for the client and the company.
- Manage the Territory: Track your wins in our CRM, manage your pipeline from lead to close, and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
What We Need From You:
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience (Construction, Electrical, or Industrial sales preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: If you understand electrical systems, blueprints, or the construction bid process, you will thrive here.
- The "IT" Factor: You are self-motivated, organized, and confident. You don't need someone telling you to make calls; you do it because you want the commission.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and comfortable working remotely.
- Mobility: Valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle (Mileage reimbursement provided).
The Compensation Package:
- $80,000 $100,000 Base Salary (Based on experience)
